3.Shipping Damage: If your item is damaged in transit, you may request a replacement within 2 days of delivery by contacting us at info@WITHMEBRA.com with photos of the damage.
If your return is approved for shipping damage:
•You may send the damaged item back to us at no additional cost.
•A replacement will be shipped promptly once the item is received and verified.
Important Notes:
•Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and liners attached.
•Products showing signs of wear will not be accepted.
